Business Education for Everyone
Learn Business. Understand Careers. Make Better Decisions.
Business education should not begin when a student enters business school. It can start much earlier.
The MBA Project introduces students to business, management, entrepreneurship and careers at different stages of their education.
From a first understanding of how businesses work in school to making an informed MBA decision during graduation, our programmes are designed to make business education simple, practical and relevant.
Four stages, from Class 6 to graduation.

Students hear about business every day. Few get to understand it.
Students hear about companies, brands, money, startups, marketing and careers every day.
But very few get the opportunity to understand how all of these things actually work.
We want to change that.
The MBA Project introduces students to the world of business through short, focused and practical learning experiences.
- You do not need to become an entrepreneur to understand entrepreneurship.
- You do not need to study finance to understand money.
- And you do not need to pursue an MBA to understand business.
Because Choosing a Career Should Begin With Understanding.
Students are often expected to make important academic and career decisions without having enough exposure to the world of work.
We believe students should get opportunities to explore business and careers before those decisions become urgent.
The MBA Project is built around a simple idea:
Understand first. Decide better.
- Business
- Marketing
- Finance
- Entrepreneurship
- Leadership
- Strategy
- Technology
- Careers
- Management
- MBA
Short and focused, by design.
Our programmes are short and focused.
They are designed to introduce ideas, create curiosity and help students understand what they may want to explore next.
We are not trying to turn every student into an entrepreneur or an MBA aspirant.
We simply want to give students a better understanding of the world around them.
Your child does not have to decide their career today.
But they can start understanding the world of business and work today.
Our programmes are designed to give students exposure to business concepts in a simple and age-appropriate way.
Business education can be a valuable addition to learning.
The MBA Project works with schools through workshops and structured learning programmes designed around students' age and learning needs.
The MBA Project is not just about an MBA.
It is about giving students the knowledge and exposure to ask better questions about business, education and careers.
- The journey starts with curiosity.
- It continues with learning.
- And eventually leads to better decisions.
Why The MBA Project Exists
Students are often asked to make important decisions before they have had enough opportunity to understand their options.
For more than a decade, my work has been closely connected with students, parents, universities, admissions and career decisions.
One thing I have noticed repeatedly is that students are often asked to make important decisions before they have had enough opportunity to understand their options.
- A student may be asked to choose a stream.
- Then a degree.
- Then a career.
- And later, perhaps, an MBA.
But the questions often remain the same.
- What am I good at?
- What do I enjoy?
- What kind of work do I want to do?
- Should I study business?
- Should I pursue an MBA?
- Which college is right for me?
I believe these questions deserve better answers. That is why I started The MBA Project.
Give students an opportunity to understand business early and make better education and career decisions later.

Ashish Gupta has 15+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, outreach and career guidance.
His professional experience includes working with students, parents, schools, universities and higher education institutions across different parts of India.
His work has largely focused on helping students understand higher education choices and make informed decisions about their careers.
The MBA Project brings that experience into a new format.
Instead of talking about business and careers only when students are preparing for college or MBA admissions, the idea is to start the conversation much earlier.
Business education should not begin at business school.
Students should have the opportunity to understand business, entrepreneurship, management, money, marketing and careers before they have to choose a career.
The MBA Project is my effort to make that possible.

More importantly, they should start looking at the businesses around them with a little more curiosity.
Start with curiosity.

Explore Junior MBA AdvancedClasses 9 to 12 is a good time to start exploring.
Students in Classes 9 to 12 are already beginning to think about college and careers.
This is a good time to start exploring different areas of business and management.
Junior MBA gives students that opportunity through a short and focused learning experience.
The goal is not to make every student choose an MBA.
The goal is to help students understand whether business and management interest them.
That understanding can become useful when they start thinking about undergraduate courses, careers and eventually postgraduate education.

Better information leads to better decisions.
The objective is not to tell every student which MBA college to choose.
It is to help students understand the decision well enough to make it for themselves.
Give Your Child Exposure Before They Have to Make Big Decisions.
Parents naturally want their children to make good choices about education and careers. But good decisions are difficult when students have limited exposure to the options available to them.
The MBA Project gives students an opportunity to explore business and management before they have to make those decisions.
Your child may or may not eventually study business.
That is okay.
Understanding business can still help them understand:
- How companies work.
- How products are created.
- How brands attract customers.
- How money moves through a business.
- How entrepreneurs identify problems.
- How teams work.
- How leaders make decisions.
- How careers are changing.
- Is this MBA preparation?
- No. The school-level programmes are not designed to prepare students for an MBA entrance examination. They are designed to introduce students to business and management. The idea is exposure, not pressure.
- Will my child become an entrepreneur?
- Not necessarily. Entrepreneurship is one part of business education. The bigger objective is to help students understand how businesses work, how problems can be solved and how ideas can be developed.
- How much time does it require?
- Our current school programmes are intentionally short. Business Basics, Junior MBA Basic and Junior MBA Advanced are each 2 hours. All three are self-paced online programmes.
- What does my child get?
- Students receive structured learning around business and management concepts. Depending on the programme, this may include activities, learning resources and a certificate of completion. The focus is on what students learn, not simply on the certificate.
Short by design.
